One of the most common problems facing establishments today is to effectively schedule and manage shared meeting rooms and other resources. Typical paper-based reservation procedures and inefficient people-based scheduling applications usually result in frustrating double-bookings or inadequate resource utilization, costing your company valuable time - and money.
Arrive® InfoPoint™ is a GREEN and an Interactive Resource Scheduling Device which provides scheduling, meeting information, calendaring, reservations and bookings across business, educational and government environments using a simple touch screen.
Arrive® InfoPoint™ is a web-based room scheduling system that easily integrates with a variety of calendar systems including Microsoft® Outlook® and meetings can be managed seamlessly via web, laptop, or smart phone.
Arrive® InfoPoint™ is a netcentrix solution in other words a central as well as a stand alone system operating over the network to schedule and manage shared spaces and its resources. It comprises of a touch sensitive user facing InfoPoint appliance which is mounted outside each shared space, which details scheduling information specific to that shared space which can be a meeting room or a classroom or any other workspace area. To schedule a resource a user can schedule from the InfoPoint server's web based reservation system or optionally direct from Microsoft Outlook.

- Reserve and schedule from Web-based User Interface or directly from InfoPoint Touch Panel.
- Manage reservations using MS Outlook for all meetings
- Schedule recurring meetings on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Display room's schedule in a daily/weekly view directly from the Touch Panel.
- Broadcast Informational and Emergency Announcements on demand.
- Broadcast online information on the panel via the news button on the front panel.
- Create, Edit, View schedules on-the-fly. Report and export room usage statistics.
- Group and link Rooms for easy management.
- Conduct surveys directly from the InfoPoint Display Touch Panel.
- Preset buttons below the touch panel make it easy for users to interact with the system.
- Large status indicator lamp glows or blinks based on room availability.
- Integrates seamlessly with the existing University timetabling systems

- Is InfoPoint limited to just scheduling?
No, Arrive® InfoPoint™ is designed to be flexible. Announcements, Surveys, News, Themes and other features can be added.
- How do I schedule a room?
Arrive® InfoPoint™ had three ways to schedule a room: Ad-hoc, Web-interface, and MS Outlook.
- Can Arrive® InfoPoint™ show classroom schedules?
Yes, Arrive® InfoPoint™ can display class schedules by integrating third-party software that houses that data.
- Are there any network requirements for Arrive® InfoPoint™?
Most modern networks will be able to run Arrive® InfoPoint™, bandwidth requirements are not stringent. A 10/100 network is sufficient.
- Does the Arrive® InfoPoint™ device come with themes for the user interface?
Yes, there are various themes that can be selected and deployed to each Arrive® InfoPoint™ device.
- How does Arrive® InfoPoint™ integrate with Outlook?
It integrates with Outlook indirectly; the integration point is actually Microsoft Exchange.
