One of the most common problems facing establishments today is to effectively schedule and manage shared meeting rooms and other resources. Typical paper-based reservation procedures and inefficient people-based scheduling applications usually result in frustrating double-bookings or inadequate resource utilization, costing your company valuable time - and money.

Arrive® InfoPoint is a GREEN and an Interactive Resource Scheduling Device which provides scheduling, meeting information, calendaring, reservations and bookings across business, educational and government environments using a simple touch screen.

Arrive® InfoPoint is a web-based room scheduling system that easily integrates with a variety of calendar systems including Microsoft® Outlook® and meetings can be managed seamlessly via web, laptop, or smart phone.

Arrive® InfoPoint is a netcentrix solution in other words a central as well as a stand alone system operating over the network to schedule and manage shared spaces and its resources. It comprises of a touch sensitive user facing InfoPoint appliance which is mounted outside each shared space, which details scheduling information specific to that shared space which can be a meeting room or a classroom or any other workspace area. To schedule a resource a user can schedule from the InfoPoint server's web based reservation system or optionally direct from Microsoft Outlook.

    Arrive® InfoPoint is a resource scheduling appliance; it enables institutions and establishments to effectively manage resource schedules and reservations.
  2. Is InfoPoint limited to just scheduling?
    No, Arrive® InfoPoint is designed to be flexible. Announcements, Surveys, News, Themes and other features can be added.
  3. How do I schedule a room?
    Arrive® InfoPoint had three ways to schedule a room: Ad-hoc, Web-interface, and MS Outlook.
  4. Can Arrive® InfoPoint show classroom schedules?
    Yes, Arrive® InfoPoint can display class schedules by integrating third-party software that houses that data.
  5. Are there any network requirements for Arrive® InfoPoint?
    Most modern networks will be able to run Arrive® InfoPoint, bandwidth requirements are not stringent. A 10/100 network is sufficient.
  6. Does the Arrive® InfoPoint device come with themes for the user interface?
    Yes, there are various themes that can be selected and deployed to each Arrive® InfoPoint device.
  7. How does Arrive® InfoPoint integrate with Outlook?
    It integrates with Outlook indirectly; the integration point is actually Microsoft Exchange.
